Elcometer 106 hechtingstester met trekkracht

De Elcometer 106 hechtingstester is draagbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk. Hij kent een numerieke waarde toe aan de hechting. Geschikt voor onder anderen verven of plasmaspuiten van bruggen of brugdekken, coatings op staal, aluminium, beton, enz.

  • Geleverd in een koffer – ideaal voor tests op locatie
  • Handbediend – geen stroomvoorziening nodig
  • Geleverd met een mes voor EN13144 en ISO 4624 tests

Testmethode

Een dolly wordt op de coating gelijmd. De 106 is voorzien van een veerconstructie, die een hefkracht uitoefent op de dolly naarmate de trekspanning verhoogd wordt.

Wanneer de coating van het oppervlak wordt losgetrokken, toont een wijzer de numerieke waarde van de hechting op de schaal, die de kracht per oppervlakte-eenheid aanduid die nodig is om de dolly te verwijderen. Het oppervlak van de dolly moet geïnspecteerd worden om de oorzaak van de verwijdering te bepalen.

 

Een dolly van 40mm (1,52”) is verkrijgbaar voor grotere gevoeligheid bij lage waarden of op ongelijkmatige oppervlakken. Wanneer een dolly van 40mm (1,52”) wordt gebruikt moet de schaal door vier gedeeld worden.
