Regional Distribution Manager (RDM) | Southern England & Wales

As Regional Distribution Manager for the Southern England & Wales Spray Equipment Division, you'll work remotely. Your primary responsibilities are to recruit Dealers and Distributors, boost product sales, and build industry relationships in your territory.

You'll efficiently manage your time and territory, involving office work, prospecting, sales activities, and field visits. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing distributors in Southern England & Wales.
  2. Using company tools to log meetings and maintain contacts.
  3. Gathering customer insights for competitive products.
  4. Generating and converting sales leads.
  5. Building relationships internally and externally.
  6. Providing technical support.
  7. Contributing to sales planning.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Achieving annual sales targets.
  • Developing lasting distribution partnerships.
  • Managing dealer and distributor agreements.
  • Executing global sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting progress and trends to management.

    About You: 


    You should have at least 2 years of distribution sales experience in a target-driven environment, focusing on technical sales and relationship building. Knowledge of spray-painting coating equipment sales and familiarity with automotive and industrial coating markets is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in English.
    • Proactive in finding new customers and markets.
    • Comfortable demonstrating and training dealers and distributors.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Sales and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
