The free draw is open to all adults aged 18 years or over, where residents of the United Kingdom, except employees of Elcometer Limited, their families, agents/distributors or any third party directly associated with the administration of the draw.
Upon completing the Elcometer Limited Survey you will be entitled to enter the free draw.
You must provide an email address to be entered into the free draw. We will only use email addresses for the purpose of administering the free draw in accordance with these rules, unless you have selected in the form that you would like to receive future communications.
The competition opens on 10th July, 2024 and closes at midnight BST on 31st July, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
To enter, participants must accurately count the number of RPB® Nova 3® Blast Helmets in the provided image and submit their answer via the official entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted
We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
A winner will be chosen by random draw from all correct entries performed by an independent adjudicator on 2nd August, 2024.
One (1) winner will receive a Nova 3® Blast Helmet. Elcometer will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner's address within the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar or greater value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) before 14th August, 2024. The winner must provide a UK postal address to claim their prize and agree to the publication of their name and county in accordance with 14 below. If the winner does not respond to us within 14 days of being notified of the win then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
We will send the prize to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of the winner’s postal address.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Our decision regarding any aspect of the free draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Marketing Team, Elcometer Limited, Edge Lane, Manchester M43 6BU within 28 days after the closing date of the free draw.
You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the free draw/survey where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law we will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate the winner for, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence.
Postal addresses provided during the course of the free draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for delivery of the prize to the winner.
The free draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the free draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
