The RPB® Nova 3® Respirator provides ultimate comfort when abrasive blasting, ensuring improved performance in the field.
Featuring a tough blast helmet shell, which is manufactured from engineering grade nylon, it also provides the highest levels of safety when used within dangerous abrasive blasting environments.
During design, it was recognised that providing blasters with the ability to see more would allow them to blast more. As such, the Nova 3® features a superior operator viewing window which offers optimal peripheral vision, and 30% more downward vision than other blast helmets available on the market.

Nova 3® Blast Respirator

The Nova 3® Blasting Respirator is designed with a moulded adjustable inner padding system as its secure custom fit spreads weight evenly to reduce operator fatigue.
Featuring a streamlined airflow system which effectively directs incoming air to the breathe zone, the blast helmet prevents lens fogging and eliminates head chill.
These key design features ensure industry-leading levels and allows operators can carry on blasting over sustained periods.

The Nova 3® Blast Helmet is supplied complete with clip-on capes and creates a complete barrier which prevents dust, abrasives and particulates entering the helmet.
As part of its enhanced optical design, the Nova 3® Blast Respirator features a large viewing window which offers increased awareness of the blasting environment due to its optimum downward and peripheral vision.
The Nova 3® is tested to the highest industry Standards worldwide including NIOSH, ANSI Z87.1 - 2010+ and ANSI Z89.1 - 2012 Type 1 Class C; giving you complete peace of mind.

When you are not blasting, you are not earning money. That's why Nova 3® Respirators are available with cassette lenses which allow you to quickly refresh your view.
Each cassette lens is made up of one outer lens plus five tear-off lenses with individually pre-folded tabs that ensure you only remove one at a time.
The time-saving abilities afforded by this ensure significantly enhanced productivity across a range of abrasive blasting projects. Testing has shown that it can save up to 45 minutes per day, per blaster.
