Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, complaints and track delivery dispatch dates; act as the voice of the customer with the Supply Chain Department.
• Day-to-day sales order processing queries (e.g. stock availability, delivery dispatch co-ordination).
• Record and track all activity in the CRM System to provide background and next steps for the Sales Department, the Technical Support Department and the Marketing Department, to ensure alignment, as well as effective follow up with prospects.

About You: 

Experience

Essential

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a target driven and results orientated environment with a background from Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Product Management or General Business Development functions.
• Quantifiable track record of customer management and / or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of customer service, sales order processing and handling a full range of associated administration / system duties.

Desirable

• Previous technical sales and marketing experience would be desirable
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge and experience of e-commerce
