Stage 1 Air Filtration Systems
Centrifugal force for large particulates, water & oil1. The friction of the compressed air against the walls of the unit produces a decanting of solid and liquid particles which fall to the bottom of the unit’s vessel.
2. The compressed air is forced through the porous brass filter, in a downward flow, generating an increase in speed which then sharply changes to an upward direction that produces a further decanting of the liquid particles that were in condensation.
The Sagola 5050X Air Pre Filter is supplied with a single outlet.
- The Sagola 5050X is an air regulator filter, ideal for the pre-filtration in industrial air lines.
- Designed for the outlet of medium compressors (inlet 1/2”) and ideal
for changes in height levels in the line network, booths inlets, etc. - Semi-automatic draining system.
- Tough machined aluminium casing.
- Friction and centrifugal filtration with 8 micron porous brass filter to retain water, oil and other impurities.
- 3 Year warranty & minimal maintenance.
- Tough heavy duty construction for long service life.
