As Regional Distribution Manager for the Southern England & Wales Spray Equipment Division, you'll work remotely. Your primary responsibilities are to recruit Dealers and Distributors, boost product sales, and build industry relationships in your territory.

Responsibilities:
You'll efficiently manage your time and territory, involving office work, prospecting, sales activities, and field visits. Responsibilities include:
- Managing distributors in Southern England & Wales.
- Using company tools to log meetings and maintain contacts.
- Gathering customer insights for competitive products.
- Generating and converting sales leads.
- Building relationships internally and externally.
- Providing technical support.
- Contributing to sales planning.
You'll be responsible for:
- Achieving annual sales targets.
- Developing lasting distribution partnerships.
- Managing dealer and distributor agreements.
- Executing global sales and marketing initiatives.
- Reporting progress and trends to management.
About You:
Experience
You should have at least 2 years of distribution sales experience in a target-driven environment, focusing on technical sales and relationship building. Knowledge of spray-painting coating equipment sales and familiarity with automotive and industrial coating markets is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in English.
- Proactive in finding new customers and markets.
- Comfortable demonstrating and training dealers and distributors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
