Distributor Account Manager: Spray Equipment Division | Auto Motive Bodyshop & Industrial Finishing Sector

Responsibilities:

• To seek out and recruit multiple regional distributors in region of responsibility to sell and promote the company’s Bodyshop & Industrial Finishing Spray Equipment product ranges.
• Encompassing key account management and direct sales of above product ranges to the company’s existing end-user customer base.
• Growing sales within these market segments yearly via a globally defined strategic go-to-market plan.
• Culturing strategic relationships with industry decision makers across Automotive, Wood Finish, Industrial Finishing and Industrial Protective Coatings market sectors.
• Introducing new products via new markets defined by a strategic plan through the partners mentioned above and via promoting the products to strategic end users.

Activities: 

• To prospect, engage and build a national bodyshop and industrial spray paint equipment distributor network in the location.
• Coordinating technical support for the bodyshop and industrial spray paint equipment distributor networks - including repair advice troubleshooting through the designated Technical Assistance Support Engineers in the UK and Spain.
• To push and pull interest in creating a demand for Sagola and Elcometer coating equipment brands - employing targeted approaches to strategically chosen end users (large key accounts located in countries where Elcometer has offices).
• Work with key accounts to create approvals and market pull.
• Provide management with input for quota setting and projections against the revenue plan, competitor activities and attend trade show / exhibitions.
