      Coating Parameters

      For quick and easy setup, create and store unique oven profile setups, name each of the six channels, set sampling rates, number of batch runs, start/stop triggers and transfer them to the gauge. Additionally, create a library of individual paint types incorporating min, mid & max cure temperatures as well as the maximum absolute and minimum cross link temperatures.

      Temperature Probes


      A wide range of K-Type temperature probes are available with 1.5m (4’9”), 3m (9’ 8”) or 6m (19’ 7”) cable lengths. The Elcometer 215 Oven Temperature Logger can be used with a combination of up to six probes simultaneously. Place probe ID markers on your product photo or drawing to record the exact probe placement for each production run.

      Versatile

      Two different models are available; standard thermal barrier kits, ideal for single runs and high-temperature barrier kits for longer times at higher temperatures. As well as being able to choose from a wide range of probes, users can adjust measurement intervals, dates, times and units of measurement to suit each specific application.
